I'm a Designer with 13+ years of experience growing companies, building out teams, and owning end-to-end experiences. I specialize in UX design & digital product design.
My past couple roles have been hybrid IC & Leadership roles, which I've enjoyed immensely.
In my current role @OatsOvernight I lead the UX department where I build strategy, own roadmap surfaces, run research, ship high-impact features, build and maintain a design system, and collaborate tightly with c-suite leadership.
I have a proven track record shipping design used by millions. I'm highly cross-functional, data-driven, and comfortable owning complex ambiguous problems.

Oats Overnight
UX Dept Manager | June 2023 – Present
Founded, built out, and lead the UX Department at Oats Overnight. Responsible for end-to-end UX over both the Oats Overnight app and all it's features. Also responsible for UX on our main Shopify store used by 300K+ customers monthly.

Teladoc Health

Led many UX initiatives & improvements. Contributed significantly to the major app consolidation initiative merging five apps into a single unified “Teladoc Health” app
